The exhibition “Next Stop” focuses on transit stops, waiting areas, and mobility spaces as part of the public sphere. These are transitional spaces between arrival and departure, movement and pause, which shape our daily experience of the city, yet whose significance is often overlooked or underestimated. Yet these places of transit are highly relevant in spatial, social, and economic terms and contribute in many ways to the quality, usability, and added value of cities and regions. The accompanying discussion on the exhibition focuses on this significance.
